There are several DIY pregnancy tests but I will be writing about the simplest of all the DIY tests available. This test is done with our common and accessible household item/ingredient.

This is definitely the easiest kind of DIY pregnancy test. All you need is half a cup of your Urine and a flat surface jar.

1. Collect approximately half a cup of your first early morning urine.

This cramp maybe mild or severe and often start shortly before or during menstruation. According to medical scientists, the common menstrual cramp may stop entirely after a woman welcomes her first child.

The secondary Dysmenorrhea is abnormal because it is caused by a disorder in the woman's reproductive system. It last longer than the primary dysmenorrhea. And special attention needs to be paid to ladies encountering such cramps.
